Bouvard Island is a private gated Island with remote and intercom controlled gates. The villas all have private boat moorings and canal frontage. Dolphins are frequent visitiors to the canal outside the villa. The Villa is in easy walking distance of Avalon Beach..a beautiful sandy beach with excellent surf and windsurfing conditions. The canals lead to the Dawesville cut and from there either via the huge Peel inlet waterway or via the Ocean to Mandurah (20 mins by boat). The Peel inlet is excellent for water skiing, wake baording, fishing and other watersports. The villa is in the heart of the "golf coast" with easy access to three international standard courses. Within walking distance are the shops and (soon opening) restuarant and wine bar of the Bouvard Island centre.
